This delightful plate is the second issue in the Edna Hibel series "The World I Love", produced by Hibel Studios in Bavaria, Germany. The production was limited to 17,500 plates, and all four plate I have in this series are number the same, 10851. It is in mint condition, measures 7 3/4" in diameter, and comes with all the original packaging, the Certificate of Authenticity, and a colorful brochure about the artist and series.
