This beautiful blue and gold bas-relief plate commemorates the Statue of Liberty. Produced by Pickard China in 1984 to aid in the cost of restoring the gift of the French people to the citizens of the United States. This plate measures 9 1/2" in diameter and has been painted with 24K gold. In excellent condition, it is numbered 4703 and comes in its original box.
