This mint green slag toothpick is by Degenhart. The pattern, called "Forget-Me-Not", is a copy of the old Vermont pattern by U.S. Glass. This item was made after 1972, which is when the mold was marked with the "D in a heart" as shown in the third photo. It stands 2-1/2" tall and is in excellent condition.
