Manufacturer: Riekes Crisa
Riekes-Crisa is an American distributing company for Libbey and Crisa Glass. Crisa is a Mexican firm (and yet the sticker says the piece was produced in Italy). So it's a mystery to me.
PW135 has a clear glass case over smoke glass core caged in bubbles. Four dimples on the sides, flat facets top and bottom. Original label. 2.75 inches x 2.25, in mint condition.
