Winner of the 2005 Niche award for the best of blown glass in the United States, Randy Strong, artist and designer in hot glass for 40 years, currently has his studio in northern California.
I love how each of Randy Strong's paperweights have their own personality. This weight has a weblike (or maybe DNA-like?)(or even snakeskin-like?) decoration of blue rods and precisely placed air bubbles. It is 2.5 inches x 2.25 and in mint condition. Etched on bottom, Strong '82.
