Lovely paperweight by Chris Heilman and Joyce Roessler. This is one of my very favorites in the whole collection. It reminds me of an early Impressionist painting. Yellow iris and red flowers circle around a meadow of green with white & orange flowers. 2.5 inches x 2.25, in mint condition. Signed Heilman Roessler 83 Iris Garden #28.
Chris Heilman and Joyce Roessler, made a variety of pieces like this (also vases, scent bottles, etc) in three-dimensional art before they separated. Chris is now on his own, crafting vases, one of which is in the Corning Museum.
