Cookbook Ralph and Kacoo Apron Set Louisiana Set I put together of new Boiled Crawfish kitchen apron and A Taste of Louisiana Cookbook called Ralph and Kacoo. This cookbook from 1984 includes recipes from the Ralph and Kacoo restaurants in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Metaire Louisiana.
Bib Apron is new and bright blue with design of a cartoon crawfish in a pot with a recipe for 50 lbs. of crawfish that is very colorful.
