The glass frames have a nice design with marbleized or faux tortoise.

Belt Buckle Black Art Deco France Art Deco belt buckle that is black and very Art Deco.
May be bakelite but I am not sure. Some sort of plastic This consist of 2 parts that latches together. It is marked made in France on one part.
A few chips off of each side but due to the jet black color one has to look closely.
