The reel is marked on the housing Pflueger Summit Trade Mark 1993L Made In U.S.A., and the foot is marked Patented Pat's Pend.
I bought this for my husband for his collection he was supposed to start.
The pretty engraving has a real Art Deco look to it. From research I think this is unplated nickel material.
All parts work I did get him to say.

Cigar Box White House Vintage Tobacciana Vintage cigar box from the 1960s I am pretty sure named White House.
Political as well as great tobacciana collectible.
Have seen these with Kennedy and Nixon cigars so not sure if this is a special edition box or not.
Wear as shown with great graphic.
Could give them to your honey with cigars or candy even to make him think he is President or buy it for yourself to do the same.
