Condition: Used Manufacturer: Unknown Clear ruffled top vase that may be made by Tiara or possibly Fenton. A nice clear vase for the lovely flower bouquet. Size is 6.0 inches tall and 4.0 inches across top of ruffle. Clearer than photo shows.
