Vintage Pflueger bait casting fishing reel by Summit. This is number #1993-L and a baitcasting reel.
The reel is marked on the housing Pflueger Summit Trade Mark 1993L Made In U.S.A., and the foot is marked Patented Pat's Pend.
I bought this for my husband for his collection he was supposed to start.
The pretty engraving has a real Art Deco look to it. From research I think this is unplated nickel material.
All parts work I did get him to say.
