Vintage hankie or hankerchief for a child. This is a character hankerchief I found being used as a diaper on a doll. Cute bad pirate with little yellow ducks. I believe this is from the 1940s or earlier. Some slight wear but still precious framed for that special nursery. Seems this character was popular at one time but I do not know the name.
