Wonderful vintage black velvet cap hat with beading and netting. Label states Marche Exclusive.
I am not sure on this designer hat if this is from France or the American store that is now Macys.
It is a beautiful hat and I show it somewhat washed out to see the beading but it is nice black velvet. The netting may need to be replaced.
