Vavoom black velvet vintage dress by Leslie Fay Evening. This dress has a ruched bustline and dress is designed to go on shoulders though I couldn't do that on my mannequin.
Very nice thick black velvet for the Christmas party or New Years.
Size is a modern size 6 and measurements are waist 14.50 or doubled would be 29.0. The bustline laid flat is 16.50 or 33.
