Vintage plaid skirt made in Scotland by Norman Martin brand. This is not gray but a nice kelly or army green with yellow and black stripes.
Label states size 12 but please use measurements of waist 12.75 laid flat and length from waist to hem is 27.0.
The label also says the material is 55% polyester and 45% wool which makes this wear nicely without wrinkles.
