Rare and amazing designer couture formal by Ruben Panis.
This is another gorgeous beautiful dress from the estate of the Young and Restless actress.
Ruben Panis was a Los Angeles designer during the 1980s and passed away in 1989. Highly sought after by the Hollywood set this is a beauty.
Baby blue design that looks like leaves with silver threading throughout. A shirred bustline set off by 4 layers of white material that I believe is organza.

The bodice is wrapped as shown which is such a unique design.
The bust is lined with satin and the dress is fully lined with chiffon.
This flowing dream has no size label but is about a 4 to 6. Waist is 13.0 laid flat, 17.0 from underarm to underarm, and 50.0 in length from top of bust to hem.
