Fabulous ornate creamer and sugar bowl. Made by Birmingham England company named Barker Bros.
Barker Bros. was founded in 1860. I believe this set is between 1891 to 1896 as after 1896 English items had to be marked EPNS.
The sugar bowl had floral designs that are very elaborate Art Nouveau design with a medallion design in the middle. A scrolled handle on each side as well as a black knob that completely unscrews to come off for easy polishing.
The creamer is open and has the same beautiful design.
Some surface scratches but just lovely for the spot of tea in style.
