Half doll. Need help with this doll. On back some number that look like 5 17 and O? On front can maybe make out an F? Bought in Scotland. I believe she is a tea pot cozy?
Nice with her Spring hat on.
She has her arms away from her body and may be German?
In lovely condition with no chips. Wear to the crochet skirt that is to cover a teapot and can easily be removed.
