1950's Green Velour GiGi Young NY Sheath
This is an absolutely marvelous 1950's green velour sheath or wiggle dress. The label reads GiGi Young New York. The dress has a deceptively high neckline in the front but, wow, plunges a full 9 inches in the back. Sexy. There is draping that falls from the shoulders all the way to your waist in the back. The dress measures 36 inches from underarm to underarm; 29 inch waist and 33 inches at the hip with the dress laying flat. There are 4 long darts in the front to give the dress perfect fit. Two darts run from under the bustline to the waist and 2 darts run vertically from the waist to the hipline. The dress closes with a long 18 inch metal zipper along the side from under the arm to the hips. The dress measures 43 inches from neckline to hem. There is some fading along the shoulder and neckline but the draping makes it much less noticeable.
This dress is guaranteed to get you noticed. Think of wearing a long sparkling back necklace that will emphasize that plunging back. If you need just one dress this party season, this is the one to get.

Sequin and Beaded jacket
Want to stand out in the crowd? This jacket won't let you go unnoticed! Rose, gold, purple, green, and blue sequins completely cover this jacket and the enrie jacket is outlined in gold colored bugle beads. What a stunner. The label reads Laurence Kazar, New York, and silk shell, polyester lining. Made in India and the size is small. Bust measurement is 35 inches. The sleeves measure 24 inches long from the top of the shoulder to the last line of beading. It is 24 1/2 inches long from the back neckline to the hem. The jacket can be worn open or closed. The front closes with 7 hooks and eyes. When you want to shine, this is the jacket to wear.

Halston III Metallic Top
Gold and black metallic threads make up the sparkle in this Halston III glittery top. A zigzag geometric pattern gives this top real punch. The label reads size S (4-6). The bust measures 40 inches and the top measures 24 inches from back neckline to hem. The sleeves measure 21 1/4 inches. There are 2 black thread belt loops but no belt. With this much sparkle who needs a belt? The original shoulder pads are still in place and I did find 2 pulled threads which is not unusual in a metallic thread top. Over jeans or over a black evening skirt, this top can go casual or formal.
