Mother of Pearl Button Hook and Curling Rod
Perhaps a child's set, this button hook and curling iron is just the cutest set for your dressing table. The button hook measures just 5 1/2 inches long. The handle is Mother of Pearl. The curling iron is 6 1/2 inches long with a Mother of Pearl handle. Both pieces are in beautiful shape. The button hook handle has a crack but it seems to be very old damage and the handle is sturdy. The band connecting the pieces to the handles seems to be silver. It is not marked sterling but does seem to have a silver content. This would make a very unusual addition to any collection.

Victorian Lorgnette and Jet Bead Chain
This is a one of a kind piece. The lorgnette measures 5 inches long and the handle has 15 seed pearls set in a diagonal line. The metal is black, possible a mourning piece. The glasses are intact and spring out at the touch of a button. The frames are not marked sterling but do have a silver content. The chain is made of more than 100 jet black beads, each carved in the same design. The chain measures 72 inches long. This is truly a wonderful Victorian accessory.

Mother of Pearl and Sterling Teething Ring
The Victorian's knew how to have beautiful objects around them. This victorian teething ring is made of Mother of Pearl and the bell that hangs on it is made of sterling silver. This teething ring has been used for generations and has some dents and dings. The bell has a sterling bear decorating it and the ring that holds it to the Mother of Pearl ring is a tiny sterling belt and buckle. This is a very well done piece that would make a great addition to any collection.
