This duster has 6 mother of pearl buttons down the front. It has 2 patch pockets and cuffs that measure 4 1/4 inches wide. The coat measures 44 inches across the chest. It measures 16 inches from shoulder to shoulder in the back. From shoulder to hem, the coat measures 52 inches and the sleeves are 22 inches long from shoulder to the bottom of the cuff. There is a tab closing at the collar so you could protect your collar from the dust thrown up from the old open cars. There are a few problems with the coat. There is one larger hole about the size of a quarter under the last button on the coat and there are a few small holes. This has been a well worn item but still has years of wear in it.
