Wow! Are you ready for this? This is a rose colored, rhinestone trimmed evening dress. Actually the previous owner said she wore this dress to tea dances held every Sunday afternoon at a local hotel tea room. In the 30's she wore a ruffled white blouse under the dress. Today it's up to you. The dress is definitely for a petite lady. It measures 30 inches, 26 inches, and 32 inches. The shawl collar narrows from 3 1/2 inches wide in the back to 2 inches wide at the waist. Three rows of rhinestones trim the bodice as well as one floppy flower. There should be 2 but one got lost over the years. The dress is cut on the bias and measures 55 inches long from the shoulder to the hem. It measures 14 inches across the back. The pictures do not do this dress justice. There is all the 30's styling and detailing you could hope for in a dress of this kind.
