Use this black vinyl envelope purse as a clutch or has long 38 inch shoulder strap. Opens with a snap. Gold medal in a v centers the envelope. Measures 11 by 6 1/2 inches. This is so very darling but has a couple of splits inside where you can't see them and a few scratches on back (pictured)Hardly noticable. Thus the low, low price.
