The date on this pattern is 1940 but this dress would be fantastic today. This is McCall's Misses' Dress with or without hood. It is #3678. It is the old size 16 which is a 34 inch bust, 28 inch waist and 37 inch hip measurement. The envelope is in good condition and all the pieces and instructions are there. The illustration on the envelope is colorful and just check out the sunglasses. This is a fabulous 1940's design.
