| Orison Swett Marden has some ideas about how you can become the king of your own castle. Author of many, many self help books in the early portion of the 20th Century, this volume takes the cake. "Every Man a King," copyright 1906, published September 1906 by Thomas Y. Crowell Company Publishers, contains such chapters as "Killing Emotions," "Gain Beauty by Holding the Beauty Thought," and "The Coming Man Will Realize His Divinity." Measuring 5 and 1/4 inches by 7 and 1/2 inches, with 240 pages plus adverts, this volume is in quite good condition. The front and back covers maintain their vibrant red. Unfortunately, the spine has faded somewhat. Still, I believe that this volume makes an absolutely wonderful gift for the right person. |
