In the time of radio, NBC had a number of guidelines for what certain types of radio shows could and could not contain. This volume "Broadcasting in the Public Interest" outlines those rules. Although it is not dated, it contains multiple references to being the year 1939. It's an amazing piece of National Broadcasting Company history. It's in pretty good condition, with the right top and bottom corners slightly thumbworn, a former owners name written in pencil on the top right of the front cover, and two library stamps, one faint on the front cover and one stronger on the first page. It is 6 by 9 inches and is 80 pages long. This is a fascinating piece. Highly recommended.
