Here is a charming little Whiting and Davis goldtone mesh bag with an art deco frame. The mesh is in very good conition and the frame is bright and unscratched. The frame measures 3 1/4 inch wide by 1 3/4 inches. The purse itself measures 3 3/4 inches long by 4 inches at its widest. The frame is marked on the inside with Whiting and Davis Made in the USA. There are no holes in the purse and the mesh is completely attached to the frame. The chain handle measures 3 1/2 inches long and has an engraved pattern on each link. This is a very pretty bag to carry on its own to any event.
