Beautiful carmel brown and white calf hide leather box purse made in Mexico. I believe this purse was from the late 1950's or early 1960's. It is in excellent condition. I was told by someone that the purse is unborn calf hide but I can't verify that. The purse measures 8 1/2 by 6 1/2 by 2 1/2 and is very well made. The purse closes with a toggle clasp and the inside feels like a very soft leather. There is one zippered pocket and 2 open pockets inside. The handle is about 12 inches in length and 3/4 inches wide. The handle too is the calf hide. The purse has a very elegant look and is perfect for the styles of today.
