This interesting piece of porcelain measures 6 1/2" tall and has tremendous detail that is fairly well done. See images which we believe tell the story. Fine condition without damage. The only thing to mention is a crackign of the porcelain at the top of the pedestal from the time of firing. She almost looks like Baby New Year but she has breasts!! "Occupied Japan" is a term used for the time period from 1945 (after World War II) through April 25, 1952; it was during this time that the Allies "occupied" Japan.
