1940 Patent document [Matted for Framing] by Mr. Russo. This has been confirmed to be a 1940 model year Plymouth thanks to one woodie collector. Thank you all for your help verifying this. No particular maker listed in the document but often there is none to help prevent competition from changing a little and copying the design. This print is 8x10.
