Large pottery barrel shaped sugar bowl or for teabags. It measures: 6 1/2" tall to the top of the lid handle. It looks unused. Cold paint is perfect. Brown with red flowers and green leaves. An inexpensive dime store type piece ... on the bottom says 1.98 w/salt and pepper!! There is a small chip on the very bottom in the soft unglazed pottery portion of the base from long long ago that really does not effect the use or display of the piece.
