Rare Quimper Fouillen Oyster Plate
We are pleased to present a beautiful and rare Quimper Fouillen shell shaped oyster plate, with a starfish center.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, restorations, etc.
A similar oyster plate can be seen on page 89 of Collecting Oyster Plates by Jeffrey Snyder. The colors are different, but the 9 inch mold is the same. Snyder prices this oyster plate at $595.00.
The mark dates this wonderful oyster plate to the 1920s-30s.
These oyster plates are seldom seen in the U.S.
This would be a superb addition to any fine oyster plate collection or to use in a French country decor.

Rare Quimper France Faience Fish Oyster Plate
What a treat! This is the most delightful and rare Quimper France oyster plate we have ever seen - shaped like a fish and beautifully decorated!
This oyster plate can be seen on page 35 of Karsnitz, with a rare designation.
This treasure is in fabulous condition!
Circa 1935-1940.
Dimensions are Length: 10 inches, Width: 8 3/4 inches.
