This is a beautiful and very old Haviland Limoges turkey style oyster plate.

It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, repairs, hairlines, fleabites, etc. The colors are vibrant. The porcelain is exquisite and extremely translucent. It has five wells.

According to Collecting Oyster Plates by Jeffrey Snyder, this mark dates this beautiful oyster plate from 1876 to 1889.

The diameter is approximately 8 1/2 inches.

This plate would be an exceptional addition to any oyster plate collection! It would also make a wonderful holiday gift!
