Manufacturer: Union Porcelain Works
This is a gorgeous and rare Union Porcelain Works oyster plate. It is in excellent condition and is approximately 9.5 inches in diameter. It has a raised crab between two of the wells. A very similar one is on page 27 of Collecting Oyster Plates by Jeffrey Snyder. Its mark dates this beautiful plate to the 1880s.
This would be a fabulous addition to any fine oyster plate collection.
