This is a wonderful and fun majolica oyster plate from Audenge, France. Audenge is a town near the sea in Bordeaux. We have included a map of the Bordeaux region.

The oyster plate is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, restorations, hairlines, etc. It is 9 3/4 inches in diameter and probably dates to the mid 20th century.

This oyster plate would be a wonderful addition to any fine oyster plate or majolica collection!
