This is truly one of the most wonderful oyster plates we have had the pleasure of having in our collection!

One of South Florida's top porcelain repair specialists repaired a flea bite on the back of the oyster plate. The repair cannot be seen either by magnification or by black light. Aside from that, the plate is in extraordinaty condition, including the gold, which is some of the most beautiful we have ever seen.

The plate's diameter is 9 1/2 inches, and its underglaze white ware mark was used from 1892 until 1907.
