This is a spectacular Haviland Limoges oyster plate with hand-painted sea creatures. The porcelain is white and beautifully translucent.
The hand-painted sea creatures make this a very special oyster plate!
The condition is superb, with no chips, restorations, cracks, hairlines, etc.
The under glaze green mark was used from 1876 until 1889. The red decorator's mark was used from 1879 until 1889.
The diameter is 9 inches.
