There are two very old, but small chips on the base/bottom, but the item is still wonderful. We just found them and have reduced the price to reflect this. They are hard to see.
Circa 1900. Booths is now part of Royal Doulton.
This would be a superb tureen for any elegant entertaining and especially during the holiday season. Its clean lines will go well with any fine table setting.
This exquisite tureen will hold 3 quarts of soup, with 1/2 inch to spare.
The opening is 10 inches in diameter and 12 inches from handle-to-handle.
