This is lovely oyster plate from the renowned Sarreguemines France factory. It is in excellent shape, with no chips, cracks, etc. The color is a bit deeper than shown in the photos.
This oyster plate was produced from 1920 until 1950.
One in white can be seen on page 110 of Collecting Oyster Plates by Jeffrey Snyder, with a book value of $100-200.
Diameter - 9 1/2 inches.
This would be a rare and interesting addition to any oyster plate collection!
