4431
Wonder Bread Employee Bolo Tie 1960's Wonder bread helps build strong bodies 12 ways, and now you can wear their logo around the neck of that body. Wonder bread has always been a symbol of quality, and this fine bolo tie from the 1960's reflects that pride and craftsmanship. An egg-shaped dome of plastic entombs the wonder bread symbol and the name of former employee, Gene. Red, braided leather straps attach to ribbed metal tips. The back of the "egg" is a little dirty, and the leather is worn in spots (pictured). The straps are 15" long, and the egg is 1 1/2" tall.

3445
Flags of the 49 States, National Biscuit Co. Premiums These individual metal tags that represent each state's flag came in boxes of cereal in 1959. Someone had taken the trouble to collect all 49 (at the time) states and apply them to this background of flag inserts. 20 1/4" wide by 16 3/4" high. All the states are present and in excellent condition. The tabs on the metal flags have not been bent but just inserted into the slots. The back of each flag gives a little state bio. The map board has been folded twice to quarter it for storage and was kept that way a long time but it's not ripped or torn, just creased in a few spots. Rare find in this condition. National Biscuit became Nabisco. Map is made by C. S. Hammond & Co.

2044
Rin Tin Tin Pinback premium Button Old pinback button depicts a photo of Rin Tin Tin on the face. At least its a German Shepard, pretty sure it's old Rinty. (Remember?, Gooooo, Rinty.) Button measures about 3/4 inch across and in good condition, appears just a bit faded, light surface wear and kind of rusty on the back. Still pretty cool.

School Bank Club Member of America Pinback Very unusual pinback button from around the 40's. Advertises the School Bank Club of America, Member. My guess is that this promo was sponsored by a local bank and this button was given out for starting an account for children. Measures 3/4 inch across, in good condition with light surface wear and a little rust spot on the front, has a bit of a dark spot on the inside back paper, likely some rust under the paper. Not your everyday find.
