Heavy Metal Ornate Footed Planter
This heavy ornate planter is apparently a pot metal with what I believe is a brass overlay. It is possible that the overlay is a paint, I am just not sure and do not wish to deceive. In any event, it is a heavy ornate brass looking, footed planter. Specifically designed, I think for fake posies. There is a thin metal liner that fits inside with the foam product used for standing up flowers. I hope this explanation is coming through, sounds like rambling. Anyway, it measures 12 inches long, about 5 inches to the top of the end handle, 5 1/4 inches wide, point to point. Please check my pictures and let me know if you have questions.

English Horse Brass On Leather Three Symbols
This is a nice set of English horse brass mounted on a leather strap. The rampant Lion, The fish and what seems to be a Mason symbol. The condition is very good. The leather is a thick hide and the brass is presented well. The size is 16 inches long and 3 ¼ inches wide. I actually acquired these brass in a little antique shop in Canterbury in 1980. My wife mounted them on the leather.

Asian Candle Holder Boat With Bell
An Asian, engraved dragon boat sits on a pedestal with two columns. Five candle holders are lined up down the length of the boat, and a bell with a dangling ringer hangs from the dragon's mouth. The metal parts of the candle holder boat are held together with screws. The piece shows light signs of age, but it is in great condition. 13 1/2" long, 7 1/4" tall, 1 3/4" wide.

Brass 2 handled Mortar & Pestle 1943 Kristiania
Very nice, heavy mortar and pestle, with the name "Kristiania" and 1943 on the side. In very good condition with some spots of what I would call corrosion here and there, one could polish this up nicely but that would take away from the character of the piece. At least there is no question of age. The mortar stands almost 5" high and the mouth is almost 5 1/4" wide, the pestle is 7 1/2" long. Plan on just over 6 pounds for shipping.
