From Columbia Masterworks, The Philadelphia Orchestra, Eugene Ormandy conducting, Sibelius Lemminkainen Suite. Number ML 4672. I suspect this is mono. The sleeve is showing some shelf wear and rubbing, bottom edge split about 2/3 of the way, top split about 1/3 of the way. Tiny pen mark on back at bottom right. Some darkening of the white on the back.

The vinyl is really nice, looks like it was taken care of, played some, very light marks but surprisingly clean. Sounds great. Very cool cover art.
