Very fine silver filigree work attached to a yellowish bakelite mouthpiece make up this cigarette holder. Measures 3 3/8 inches long, in as new condition. I found it wrapped in some plastic at an estate. Some odd initials at the tip away from the mouthpiece, xpucwo, or so it seems.
