Beautiful Bar Brooch with a 1/2 Sovereign in 22k Gold and the pin being 18K. It is just over 2 inches wide, and 3/4 of an inch long. There is a gold safety chain. it is 6.9 grams. This is a wonderful piece of English Nostlgia.

Sterling Silver Brooch From Sweden. The brooch has the signature of the A Michelsen Company, where a lot of famous designers worked. There is a crown on the back with AM and another signature which I have tried to show. The brooch is 1 8/8 inches long, and 2 1/4 inches wide. it is in very good condition and the pin has a lock on it.

Superb and Genuine Victorian Horseshoe Brooch in Sterling Silver with Gold Studs. The Brooch is 1 3/4 inches wide and 2 inches long.
This is one of the Biggest brooches i have come across.
It is fully Hallmarked on the back with the Birminghan Hallmark, and the Maker is John Hardman.
There is an S clasp on the back.

Beautiful Antique Handcarved Cameo
Beautiful antique cameo in superb condition. It is set in filigree gold. I am not sure of the gold content on it, as I have not had it tested. I have owned this brooch for years and years. It is 1 7/8 inches long, and 1 1/2 inches wide. There is a swivel gold loop in the top, a safety chain could be added. There is a lock on the pin for safety. The colors are lovely a liught tan background with the 3/4 cameo head and shoulders in relief in creamy white. There are no cracks in the cameo.

Gold Sovereign Queen Vitoria Widow Pendant and Surroun
Queen Victoria 1901 full gold British Sovereign in a gold surround, with a 'rolled gold'22 inch chain. The sovereign is the 'Widow Victoria', with St George slaying the dragon on the reverse. A lovely and different piece of jewelry. This was purchased in England several years ago.
The Queen Victoria sovereign gold coins invoke a special nostalgia for a time when the British Navy ruled the seas, and the sun never set on the Empire. London flourished as the trading and financial capital of the world; Britain became the center of rapid technological innovation; and, India glittered as the Crown Jewel of the Empire. The gold Sovereign came to symbolize British financial solidity and to this day enjoys a strong international market, wide-spread recognition and strong liquidity.
The mints were pressed to keep pace with Queen Victoria's 64 year reign. Several different portraits were utilized beginning with the Young Head Portrait (1838-1887), followed by the Jubilee Head design meant to commemorate the 50th year of Queen Victoria's rule (1887-1893) and finally the Veil Head design (1893-1901) which features the mature Victoria. All three designs display St. George slaying the dragon on the reverse.

Lovely Old Hair Gold Fill Pocet Watch Fob
a very unusual piece of Victorian hair jewelry for a man. It is made of plaitted hair, with the two end attachments for the vest. (the hair has slight shredding where it has been in a buttonhole)The gold fill (there is no mark on the gold, so I am calling it gold fill/plate) locket has an opal in the star on the front design, and on the bar above it, there are 2 tiny cabochon rubies and a tiny seed pearl. It is 11 inches end to end, and the locket is 1 1/4 inches long, and 1 inch wide. There are 2 pictures inside which were with the locket when I purchased it.

14K Gold Silver and Bohemian Garnet Ring . . . . . . .
Beautiful and very large Antique Garnet Ring. The Garnets are Deep Glowing Ruby Red. I am pretty sure this ring has been a brooch, and has had the pin taken off it, and a modern 14K Gold chased band added. There are 2 tiny Garnets missing (priced accordingly). The back of the ring is silver, and it is 1 1/8 inches around. The ring is approx a size 8. The markings inside of the band are 14K and a sideways M. The ring is a 'Stunning'combination of Antique and Modern.
