Blue and White Crystals Rhinestone Hair Comb Fabulous Vintage hair Comb that I have owned for many years. The rhinestones are all bright and clear not at all Dull. The rhinestone/crystal decorations are 5/8 of an inch long, and 3 inches wide. The stones are all claw set. This is a great vintage piece.
 

Goldtone ELGIN American powder COMPACT Lovely vintage Goldtone ELGIN AMERICAN power combpact that is in great condition, and still has loose powder inside it. It measures approx 3 inches across, and the mirror inside is in great condition, with the original velveteen puff. The inside does not have a mesh screen, it has a gold top that fits over the powder as I have tried to show.
 

Large Vintage Elgin American Powder Compact Large Vintage Elgin American Powder Compact that measures approximately 4 1/2 inches across. It is in wonderful condition but for a light scuff mark on the front. The mirror puff and screen are all in excellent condition. The silk bag it comes in has some fraying which I have tried to depict in the pictures, and it is quite used (needs a wash).
 

English HallmarSterling Silver Ladies Compact Sterling Silver English Compact Hallmarked. There is a monogram on the front 'Francie'and on the side is Peri (maker I think)....There are Hallmarks on the outside 'a Lion and a D' and RS. There is a twist clasp to open it, and there is a mirror inside, and a place for powder.....hallmarks are there inside also. It is just over 2 inches not counting the twist closure and it is 1/2 inch wide.
 

Stratton Boxed Compace for Age 21 Yrs Stratton Compact for pressed powder (no mesh guard, and it was not made for one). The compact is in goldtone, and has a key on the front and 21. It has the oriuginal velveteen pouch, and the original box. It has neveer been used.

Vintage Compact Souvenier Rocky Mts Mt Evans Echo Lake Vintage compact Souvenier of Rocky Mts. There is Mt Evans and Echo Lake on the picture. It has black enamel paint on the back, and some of this is worn. The front is perfect, and the center hinged lid, with the picture lifts up to reveal a powder puff, and a powder hole sifter well. The mirror is in great shape with no pitting. it is a beautiful piece of Colorado Memorabilia.

Silver Goddess Mirrored Compact 10/12/34 a lovely silver box/compact with a full length/squatting Goddess on the front. It is engraved on the side, DFW Bangkok 10-12-32 (Dec 10 1932, the day is first in the UK), and on the back of the box is engraved Margrett Bangkok. I have not had the box tested, nor do I see a Sterling mark on it, but it lloks and feels like Sterling to me.Inside there is a mirror (no powder insert) so it could be used for pills etc. It is 2 1/2 inches round, and 1/2 inch tall.
 

Sterling Silver English Hallmarked Compact 100 grams a lovely English Hallmarked powder Compact with Marquisite flowers and bows on the front. Inside it say's Made In England, and the hallmarks are on the outer edge. There is some used powder inside, which I have left in, but it can be removed, The mirror is in great shape, and there are 2 tiny dents on it, which does not detract from the compact.It is 3 1/8 inches. MAX FACTOR Hi Five Compact a MAX FACTOR High Five goldtone hinged compact, with a tiny bit of pressed powder in it still (I think a refil could still be obtained) The glass in the compact is in great condition, and on the front of it is an Eagle and a crown. On the back it has Max Factor Hi Five, Hollywood, London, Paris, Rome.

Damaged Elgin American Powder Compact Beautiful Gold and Black Elgin American Powder Compact that I purchased 15 years ago at an antique sale from the very elderly lady who originally owned it. There is a silver liberty dime taped inside it on the mirror, that she told me her father had always insisted she carry (the dime) for a telephone call if she needed a ride home. I left the dime inside the compact as it was hers. Unfortunately I dropped the compact from my bathroom vanity, and the inner mirror cracked. (Aaaargh!!). There is the original powder inside, and the compact has beautiful gold ferns and flowers on the front. The back is black emnamel, with the ferns and flowers on the front, and the front and back are great . The puff inside is very worn, but I could not bring myself to throw it away. It has a gold pouch with it (probably why it slid out of the vanity)
