Milk Glass is in three different sections that fit together beautifully. The Green Ivy details are stamped or painted on. Would match the Poppy Trail pattern. Lamp measures 13 inches tall on a footed base. Shade is newer, not original to the lamp. Wiring is older but not cracked or brittle. Works fine. The bulb and switch are not original to the lamp which is how I found it. It has a chain pull switch. Very nice piece. No chips, cracks or repairs. These were sold with early TV's in the 60's to give a soft back light while watching TV to protect your eyes. Nice vivid colors. Has a hairline crack in the back where the bulb fixture is but is still solid and does not affect look or functionality of the piece. Small chip on the beak-see photos. Works good. Cord is NOT brittle or cracked. Measures about 10 inches tall, 12 inches wide and base is 4 inches deep. No marking but does have an old Underwriter Laboratory sticker on the back.
