Vintage Electric Butter Churn Glass Gallon Ja
Electric Butter Churn with a gallon glass jar base. Unlike the wooden paddels, this one has a metal beater. The electric motor sits on the lid. There are shock absorber attachments that allow the motor to vibrate. The motor runs smoothly and quitely but does need a new cord. The cord was spliced at some point. The square glass gallon jar is ribbed on the rounded corners and concave on the sides. There is a fill line embossed in the glass. The bottom of the jar has an embossed number 4M0 and says pattent applied for. A great Collectible butter chrun but very clean on the inside for use to make delicious homemade butter. Overall height of the butter churn is 14 1/2 inches-including the motor. The jar is 9 i/2 inches high. The squared base measure 10 by 10 inches.
