Vintage Brush with painted green wooden handle. This is an unusual vintage brush or broom. I've seen simular ones described as a shaker broom, hearth broom of utility broom. It looks to be hand made and very old. It has a wooden handle with green painted handle. The bristles are natural-probably hemp, with blue and red dyed bristles mixed with the natural color. The strings that bind the bristles are pink and tan. It reminds me of a Witch's broom, only smaller. A real find for decorating your country kitchen or laid by the hearth. Insurance not included.
