This is a beautiful pair of vintage(late 1800's) mercury glass tiebacks with an etched grape design. They measure 3 1/8" wide x 4.5" to the tip of the screw. The condition is excellent.

This is a great pair of painted cast iron tiebacks featuring a colonial man and woman. Each tieback measures 2.5" x 4.5" and 3.75" from front to back. On the back is the date March 15, 1927, and "WS" in an inverted triangle, which may stand for Waverly Studio, Wilmette, Illinois. Bright paint shows some wear.

This is an unusual set of four glass dome tiebacks with brass fittings. They measure 1.75" x 1.75" and have an iridescent pink-red background with multicolored flowers.They are in lovely condition. (The white specs are in the photos only.) These are known as bridle rosettes, and were used to adorn the bridle of carriage horses.
