This is a very comical handkerchief depicting a wild west show in which clowns are dressed up as cowboys and Indians. This piece is European, perhaps Dutch, with Gevaar printed as a smoke signal across the top, copyright Wim Meuldyk in the upper right corner, and De Verovering Van Het Wilde West in the lower right corner. The colors are vivid.
